Mah (Mahboubeh Khanbabaei) was born in Tehran in 1983. She studied painting and began her artistic career in the same city. Since graduating, she has been creating works in the fields of painting, drawing, and monoprints. In recent years, she has also turned to contemporary mediums such as video, photography, and especially minimalist sculptures. The themes of her works are related to human concerns and conditions, while at the same time, issues such as new visual language, materials, methods of presentation and expression, and the process of creating are at the center of her attention.
ARTWORK PREPARATION
Every artwork is shipped according to its location.
For the safety of the artwork and to facilitate international transportation, works located in Iran are professionally rolled and packed in archival shipping tubes. Paintings on canvas are carefully removed from their stretcher bars prior to shipment and should be professionally re-stretched and framed upon arrival.
