Hawar Amini was born in 1981 in the city of Marivan, Kurdistan, Iran. He completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Painting and has been actively engaged in painting since 2005. Alongside his painting practice, he has also explored and produced works in photography and video.
His artistic practice over the past two decades can be broadly divided into two bodies of work: one centered on Kurdish themes and subjects closely connected to the history of Kurdistan, and another encompassing more open-ended, including abstract, explorations.
Throughout his career, Amini has held approximately ten solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group exhibitions.

ARTWORK PREPARATION
Every artwork is shipped according to its location.
For the safety of the artwork and to facilitate international transportation, works located in Iran are professionally rolled and packed in archival shipping tubes. Paintings on canvas are carefully removed from their stretcher bars prior to shipment and should be professionally re-stretched and framed upon arrival.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Our current estimated delivery time for works shipped from Iran is 3–6 months, although many orders may arrive sooner as shipping arrangements become available.
Some artworks are already held by our partner galleries outside Iran and are available for immediate shipment. Where applicable, the artwork page will indicate Immediate Shipping Available along with the Country of Dispatch.
SHIPPING COSTS & COORDINATION
Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, and any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once your artwork is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to coordinate shipping and provide the final shipping cost prior to shipment.
