Eileen Karampour (b. 1997, Bushehr, Iran), practicing under the moniker Pitseleh, is a visual artist based in Shiraz and Berlin.
Her work explores the boundaries of identity and narrative. She is inspired by the concept of being the “third person in the room”—an observer of both presence and absence—which deeply informs her creative approach. Her practice captures the tension inherent in this role through an ongoing exploration of portraiture, which she uses to create alter egos for both herself and others. For her, the portrait is not merely a likeness but a tool for reinventing history, enabling her to construct imagined selves and weave alternative narratives through a visual medium.
ARTWORK PREPARATION
Every artwork is shipped according to its location.
For the safety of the artwork and to facilitate international transportation, works located in Iran are professionally rolled and packed in archival shipping tubes. Paintings on canvas are carefully removed from their stretcher bars prior to shipment and should be professionally re-stretched and framed upon arrival.

Some artworks are already held by our partner galleries outside Iran and are available for immediate shipment. Where applicable, the artwork page will indicate Immediate Shipping Available along with the Country of Dispatch.
