Mitra Valaei, born in 1983, is a painter based in Tehran, Iran. She studied painting at the university and began her career as a painter since 2010. Her personal issues and concerns usually are the subject of her artworks, and she always tries to find a way to turn them into something not very personal. Although her passion is drawing and painting, she has experienced other medias and materials based on her main ideas or concepts. Mitra believes that everyone makes their own world by their lifestyles and choices , and many people got stock in the world they had made. This is the basic idea in most of her artworks and she uses mostly “line” in them, because she thinks lines can simply reflect human’s preoccupied minds and feelings.
ARTWORK PREPARATION
Every artwork is shipped according to its location.
For the safety of the artwork and to facilitate international transportation, works located in Iran are professionally rolled and packed in archival shipping tubes. Paintings on canvas are carefully removed from their stretcher bars prior to shipment and should be professionally re-stretched and framed upon arrival.

Our current estimated delivery time for works shipped from Iran is 3–6 months, although many orders may arrive sooner as shipping arrangements become available.
Some artworks are already held by our partner galleries outside Iran and are available for immediate shipment. Where applicable, the artwork page will indicate Immediate Shipping Available along with the Country of Dispatch.
SHIPPING COSTS & COORDINATION
