Fatemeh Ravangard (Beliphaty) was born in 1993 (Iranian calendar: 1372) and lives in Tehran. After attending university She spent years engaged in analog photography and studying Persian Literature at Alzahra University. Alongside writing and translation, she entered the field of painting autodidactically from 2016 (1395). After a brief painting course and completing residencies in printmaking and contemporary art, she chose to develop her own style through personal practice and experimentation with diverse tools. Her primary materials are markers, watercolor, and acrylic, and her works are typically mixed-media. The lives of those around her, her own experiences, and the different cities she has lived in—alongside personal and social events—leave stories in her mind that serve as sources of inspiration, resulting in varied pieces. She strives for a free and unconstrained approach to painting: sharp colors, faces and figures distanced from reality, and trembling lines—all pushing both her work and herself toward one ultimate goal: freedom/ Creating artworks that free people’s minds at least for seconds, like the way she use various tools to create them.
ARTWORK PREPARATION
Every artwork is shipped according to its location.
For the safety of the artwork and to facilitate international transportation, works located in Iran are professionally rolled and packed in archival shipping tubes. Paintings on canvas are carefully removed from their stretcher bars prior to shipment and should be professionally re-stretched and framed upon arrival.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Our current estimated delivery time for works shipped from Iran is 3–6 months, although many orders may arrive sooner as shipping arrangements become available.
Some artworks are already held by our partner galleries outside Iran and are available for immediate shipment. Where applicable, the artwork page will indicate Immediate Shipping Available along with the Country of Dispatch.
SHIPPING COSTS & COORDINATION
